As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Victoria specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals manage anxiety, depression, and processing trauma. Her approach blends evidence-based practices with strengths-based and somatic work, creating a grounded, collaborative space where clients can reconnect with their inner resilience and build meaningful change.
Victoria earned her Master of Social Work from Salisbury University and works with individuals of all ages, as well as couples, families, and those impacted by a loved one’s substance use. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to start, she offers a supportive environment where you can explore, heal, and grow together.
Outside the therapy room, Victoria enjoys hiking forest trails, painting, playing disc golf with her husband, and hanging out with her two curious cats—who always keep things interesting. She believes therapy should be a space where honesty, humor, and healing all have a place.
