Mr Tyrone Willoughby is native from Baltimore. A graduate of Loyola Blakefield he completed his undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of South Carolina, and his masters degree in Clinical social work from the University of Maryland. Tyrone Willoughby, Jr., has over 25 years of counseling experience and 10 years of regulatory experience at the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners.
Mr. Willoughby has a tremendous amount of experience in dealing with complex trauma, PTSD, and is trained in Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC) model as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). He received the majority of his training at the Kennedy Krieger Institute where he became a Certified Family Team Decision Making facilitator.
