Nicole is a Master’s level, licensed social worker, and was born and raised in Maryland. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Dayton and then went on to earn her Masters of Social Work from The Ohio State University (Go Bucks!). Since graduating with her degrees, she has consistently spent her time helping those in need, which has included working in homeless shelters, transitional living programs, and most notably, Therapeutic Foster Care.
As a therapist, Nicole likes to focus on a person as a whole being, taking into account all aspects of a person’s life. She also believes in the importance of building rapport and utilizing treatment modalities specifically customized to each individual. While everyone has a different approach to therapy, Nicole firmly believes that everyone is capable of growth in their lives with realistic goals and strong supports.
