Melinda was born and raised in East Baltimore City. She attended Baltimore City Public Schools. She has one son, David and one feline son Boo Boo. She enjoys helping people and has worked in Assisted Livings in various roles since 1988. Melinda is a Recovering Addict has been in the process since 2001.
