Katrina joined LBE In August 2024. She’s eager to help clients navigate life’s challenges while providing a safe space for them to share/explore their feelings in a non-judgmental environment, making it easier to provide them with tools to achieve their goals. She has experience treating individuals with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and co-occurring disorders. Her approach is eclectic, consisting of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered and other modalities.
Katrina earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services Administration, and a Masters Degree (MS) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She earned National Certified Counselor Certification (NCC) in December 2023, and her License Graduate Professional Counseling (LGPC) in June 2024. She is also a member of the American Counseling Association.
In her leisure time, Katrina enjoys attending movies & plays, going out to eat, traveling, decorating, reading, and spending time with family.
