Katelyn Stensrud, LGPC

Katelyn joined LBE in October of 2025. She has always possessed a desire to help others through the challenges that life throws our way. She is passionate about providing a safe space free from judgment so that she can build a quality relationship with her clients. Her therapeutic approach is eclectic, with a focus on person centered and existential therapeutic modalities. She has experience incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) techniques into her sessions.

Katelyn graduated with a Bachelor of Science with a focus in Psychology from the University of Utah in 2022. Soon after she attended the University of Baltimore and obtained her Masters of Counseling Psychology in 2025. She received her (LGCP) in 2025.

In her leisure time, Katelyn enjoys walks with her dog, reading, paddle boarding, traveling, movies and tv shows, and playing games with friends and family.
