Barrett Hillier, LGPC, is a mental health therapist based in Baltimore County. Barrett graduated with her B.S. in Psychology from Mount St. Mary’s University and graduated with her M.S. in Counseling from University of Baltimore. During her schooling she completed her practicum and internship at Leading By Example, LLC, working with a wide variety of clients ranging from children to adults. Barrett utilizes an eclectic approach in therapy as she believes that everyone has their own differences and strengths and that should be reflected in the therapeutic space. There is no one right way to do therapy.

Barrett’s future professional goals include going back to university in the future and obtaining her Psy.D. and possibly her J.D. Outside of the therapeutic space, Barrett enjoys reading, writing, gardening, and being an active member of her community.
