I have been with Leading By Example LLC since January 2, 2025. I started off as a Quality Assurance Coordinator and transitioned to a HR Coordinator in March 2025.

As a LBE HR Coordinator, my role is to deal with all IT Equipment, so if you have any issues with your equipment I’m your go to person. I’m also a Systems Admin so I will create your account on Credible, Google Workspace, Adobe & Greenspace and help with any updates or bug fixes, etc. My role is also dealing with our Employee Chart Audit. All documents that are needed to be uploaded will come pass me, policies that need to be signed, etc. My biggest role is hiring/recruiting new employees. All job posts, resume sourcing, phone screenings, interviews, job fairs and I’m also a big part of the final hiring decision.
