Tosha Stubbs, LMSW, was born and raised in Baltimore City. She is a graduate of Coppin State University, receiving her Bachelor of Social Work in 2018. She continued pursuing her Master of Social Work at the University of Maryland School of Social Work, receiving her degree in 2021. Tosha has a background working with families, persons living with homelessness and behavioral health disorders.. Throughout her experience, she has been committed to assisting clients with advocacy skills to empower themselves, families, and communities.
Tosha believes the characteristics of empowerment, resiliency, and perseverance are the guiding values to one’s own vitality. She affirms she is blessed to have a beautiful family and her most notable blessing is being able to experience the little people (her six grandchildren) in life. Tosha enjoys traveling and shopping sprees with her husband, spending time with family and friends, and her biweekly self-care routines.
