From a young age, Breanna has been passionate about assisting those who want to help themselves through therapy. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Forensic Psychology in 2019 from The College of Saint Rose and then went on to receive her Masters of Arts in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has challenged herself in various settings leading her to the integrated approach of Cognitive Behavioral and holistic approach. This means, she believes that our thoughts influence our emotions which influence our behaviors. She also strives to see each client as an individual and as a whole.
As a therapist who practices Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, she embodies many skills including active listening, the ability to understand people’s reactions, patience, the ability to remain calm in stressful situations, and sensitivity and understanding.
