Ashley Fadiora is a Baltimore based clinician who encompasses her urban upbringing, love for people, love of culture and formal education in both her personal and professional lives. She has 10 years of experience working with children and families. She has worked as a behavioral therapist in Baltimore’s headstart programs and provided individual, family and group therapy as a school-based therapist.
She taught life skills and provided therapeutic support with emotionally disturbed children in a residential setting and worked with adult and aging populations in Baltimore County’s Dept. of Social Services. Because of her passion for empowering others to be a catalyst for oneself, she independently organized the First and 2nd Annual Wake Up and Move Male Youth Forum in 2015 and 2016 in partnership with Baltimore City Dept. of Rec & Parks. She began her partnership with LBE as a contractual clinician in 2013. Since joining the team fully in 2015, she has worked across both the PRP and TBS programs.
