Stephanie L. Carlyle is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and the Clinical Supervisor of the Harford County PRP and TBS Programs. She graduated from Chestnut Hill College (Philadelphia) in 2013 with her Masters in Clinical and Counseling Psychology. She has extensive experience working with various client populations such as, adolescents with emotional and behavioral problems (stemming from various traumas), children and teens with developmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders, and adults who have sustained Traumatic Brain Injuries and have co-occurring mental health and/or substance abuse issues. She works from an eclectic theoretical approach with a strong emphasis on the Humanistic orientations.
